REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration Fee:
BDT 500 FOR IEEE STUDENT MEMBERS.
BDT 700 FOR NON-IEEE MEMBERS (Students).
BDT 900 FOR GRADUATE MEMBERS.
BDT 1000 FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS.
BDT 1000 FOR GRADUATE NON-IEEE MEMBERS.
Registration Process:
The Registration will be conducted in two stages (PHASE 01 & PHASE 02). Please keep your eyes on the official facebook page of SPAW 2.0 and the website to be notified about the status of the registrations.
PHASE 01 Registration:
Phase 01 Registration Portal was opened 17th October 2019 (Thursday) on and closed on 11:45 PM (UTC+0600) 26th October 2019 (Saturday). This was open and free for all. Anyone were able to fill-up the form and register, and you didn’t need to pay in this phase either. Seats were limited for SPAW 2.0. So, please note that Phase 01 Registration did not ensure your spot at the event. Instead, this was an application phase which will determine whether you will be selected for Phase 02 Registration or not. Participants were selected upon their application through the phase-1 registration. So, please fill in the form carefully and to your best knowledge. Also note, that fraudulent and incorrect information will lead to the direct disqualification of your entry.

PHASE 02 Registration:
Phase 02 Registration Portal was opened on 10:00 PM (UTC+0600), 27th October 2019 and closed on 11:59 PM (UTC+0600) 30th October 2019. Only those who were selected (based on their entries in Phase 01 Registration) and had been notified via mail, were allowed to complete Phase 02 Registration. For Phase 02 Registration, participants were required to pay the registration fee to confirm their seat. Please note that after payment is completed by a participant, Phase 02 Registration fee is non-refundable. Once Phase-02 registration is successfully completed and payment received, you will receive a confirmation mail with instruction provided for the event.

In the case of any unavoidable circumstances (such as a political crisis or natural disaster), the organizing committee holds the full right to change the dates, extend the dates, cancel or postpone the event as seem fit considering every situation. For such a case, all registered participants will be notified accordingly.
